Born from a love of good food & good people.
AspenOak started with a simple idea: that a neighborhood should have a place where the bread is baked fresh every morning, the coffee is pulled with care, and the shelves are stocked with things you actually want to bring home.
Tucked into downtown Sheboygan at 633 N 8th Street, we're more than a bakery. We're part pantry, part coffee shop, part cookbook store — a spot built for people who care about what they eat and where it comes from.
Everything on our menu is made from scratch. Our sourdough ferments overnight. Our muffins are baked in the morning. Our bagel sandwiches are assembled fresh on the weekend — and you can order them online so they're waiting for you when you walk in.
